How it works

1. The customer asks for a time in WhatsApp or your website chat.
2. The agent checks your Google Calendar or Outlook calendar for open slots.
3. It offers 2 or 3 times, books the one they pick and sends a confirmation.
4. It sends a reminder the day before and handles "can I move it?" messages.
