Reply to every new lead in minutes, not days

Most small businesses lose leads simply by answering late. serverserv sets up an automation on your own n8n server that greets every new enquiry from your website form or ads with a personal reply, alerts you straight away, and follows up politely until you have spoken to them.

How it works

1. A lead fills in your website form or ad form.
2. Within minutes the agent replies by email with a personal message written from your business details, including your booking link and 2 or 3 questions about what they need.
3. You get an alert with the lead's name, contact details and message.
4. If you have not marked the lead as contacted, it sends a polite follow-up after 1 day and again after 3 days.
5. One click on the link in your alert stops the follow-ups for that lead.

If the AI service is ever down, the lead still gets a polite standard reply, so no enquiry goes unanswered.

What it connects to

Website forms, Facebook Lead Ads, Gmail and Outlook mailboxes, and, on request, Google Sheets, HubSpot and the other CRMs that n8n supports.

Why your own server

Self-hosted n8n has no execution limits, so 50 leads or 5,000 leads a month cost the same, and your customer data stays on your server. Replies go out from your own mailbox, which keeps them out of spam folders.

Price

$299 one-time setup + $79 a month, with the n8n server included and no surprise price jump at renewal. AI usage is billed to you directly by your AI provider and is usually a few cents per 100 leads.
