A hosting company for the AI era.

What does serverserv do?

We sell the servers and services you need to put a website, an app or an AI agent online. That covers web hosting on NVMe storage, Linux KVM VPS with full root access, Windows RDP with the Windows Server licence included, managed VPS, OpenClaw and n8n servers that we install and set up for you, business email and domains.

Our customers are developers, small businesses, agencies and people who want to run their own AI agents and automations. Everything is ordered, paid for and managed from one client area at portal.serverserv.com.

How do we set our prices?

Every price is public. The pricing page lists every plan for every term, and the domains page lists first-year, renewal and transfer prices for each extension.

You can pay monthly with no contract, or prepay 1, 2 or 3 years for a lower monthly price. A plan renews for the same term at the price you paid, not at a higher list price. If a price must change, you get at least 30 days of email notice and can cancel before renewal. The only setup fee is $10 on Managed VPS with monthly billing, and it is shown next to the plan.

How does support work?

Support runs through tickets in your client area. Each request is tracked from the moment you send it until it is closed, and the people who answer can see the service you are asking about. If you are not a customer yet, you can still open a ticket to ask a question or get a quote, or use the contact page.

If you are unsure whether a plan fits your project, ask before you order and we will tell you what we can confirm.

Which policies apply to my account?

All our policies are collected on the legal page. The ones customers ask about most are:

• Terms of service: the agreement for every account.
• Billing policy: terms, renewals, invoices and payment methods.
• Refund policy: what can be refunded and how to ask.
• Service terms: product-specific rules, including third-party software.
• Privacy policy: what data we collect and why.
