Accessibility Statement
Last updated 15 October 2026
This statement explains how serverserv works to make serverserv.com and our client area usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology. It applies to our website, client area and checkout. If something does not work for you, please tell us.
1. Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We have not yet had the website independently audited, so we do not claim that it fully meets this standard.
2. What we do
- Write in plain English, with clear headings and short paragraphs.
- Use labels and landmarks so assistive technology can describe the page.
- Offer light and dark themes.
- Turn off animations when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Check new pages for keyboard use and colour contrast as we build them.
3. Known limitations
- Our client area and checkout run on third-party billing software (WHMCS). We can change its theme but not all of its code, so some parts may be harder to use.
- Payment pages and windows from Stripe and PayPal, and the tawk.to live chat window, are provided by those companies and are outside our control.
- Some older content, such as PDF invoices, may not be fully accessible.
4. Report a problem or ask for help
If you find a barrier, or need information in another format, contact us or open a ticket in the client area. Tell us the page address and what went wrong. We will reply, help you complete what you were trying to do, and fix the problem where we can.
5. Review
We review this statement when we make significant changes to the website. The date it was last updated is shown at the top of this page.
